| Al Dages, President, is as much at home leading a NATEC class as he is behind a desk...maybe more. Al is a "hands on" guy with a sweeping range of credentials and 20 years' experience. His California credentials include registered environmental assessor, certified asbestos consultant, lead paint inspector assessor, and over 1,000 envirnomental property assessements. His commitment is to lead by example. |
| Al also applies successful team soprts and coaching experience to the job. He started for Colorado, a national football powerhouse, after earning junior college All American honors. He has also coached two junior teams in the Los Angeles area to National Soccer Championships. |
| Al innovated the Training Team concept at NATEC, helping sales grow substantially. |
| Guillermo Renteria, Vice President and Senior Trainer, has been associated with NATEC over six years, with ten years' experience as an asbestos project supervisor. "Memo" started as a junior instructor, then rose quickly to the top. Many join us in believing he is one of the best bilingual environmental trainers in California. |

| Training is a team effort. Client Service Reps assist every client to maximize results and assure satisfaction. |
| Angelica Maldonado Beck, Director of Client Services, heads a department of four full-timers to assist in every way, including (but not limited to) registration, acting as liaison to the Department of Health Services to expedite credentials for NATEC trainees, demystifying paper work, even making sure there are complimentary refreshments throughout the day. All personnel in this important department speak Spanish as well as English. |
